ROMAN VALENT
Roman was born in Bratislava, Czechoslovakia in 1976. He studied Visual Media in 1993 at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna, Austria, and graduated with his Magister Artium diploma.
From 1995 to 1998, Roman worked as an editor and 1st AD on various international television productions, and got his break into directing in 2003.
Since then, Roman officially worked as a commercial director on more than 200 spots & counting. His work, including his elusive spot from Kawasaki, has received many international awards and nominations. Roman is an talented artist with a special approach to storytelling in his commercials. His visual style, subtle working with actors - which he loves to confuse to get the best out of them - made him to one of the most interesting directors on the market nowadays.
